These information requests are designed to ensure your stay is as effortless as it is memorable.
We encourage early planning to ensure a seamless experience. These submissions are due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.

We tailor each stay at Casa Tulum to our guests’ personal preferences. To ensure your stay is precisely to your liking, we ask that each guest fill out this Guest Intake Form at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Our chef carefully plans and prepares each meal with utmost care, using fresh, local ingredients. This requires thoughtful preparation, so at least 45 days prior to your arrival, we ask that each guest review the Menu and pre-select the menu for their stay.

We have curated a collection of favorite activities and off-site restaurants to personalize your stay. We can help plan your activities, but oftentimes need advance notice. Please let us know if you’d like us to plan activities for your group at least 45 days prior to your arrival date.

Some guests choose to assign rooms for their guests upon arrival. However, if you’d like to make room arrangements in advance, simply review our floor plans and make your selections.
Or you can simply tell us about your guests and we can recommend an arrangement.

Next, we start curating your stay
Based on the selections you make and information you provide, we will make all the preparations, so all you have to do is simply arrive. You will receive a Proposed Itinerary & Pre-Arrival Invoice 45 days prior to your stay. Pre-Arrival Invoices are due 30 days prior to arrival.

So that our team can make all preparations with care and precision, we ask that all guests complete all submissions at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Full and final payment for your stay is due 60 days prior to your arrival, and are subject to the terms outlined in our Guest Guidelines.

Your stay includes exclusive use of the fully staffed private villa, including daily housekeeping, on‑site house management, concierge support, pool and property maintenance, and full access to all amenities. All food, beverages, provisions, activities, transportation, and other guest‑driven expenses are billed separately.

Simply provide us with your flight arrival information and our private Suburban and driver will provide direct transfers to and from ZIH international airport (about 20 minutes away) for up to 7 passengers directly to our villa. For additional passengers or excessive luggage, third-party transportation will be arranged.

While our home has a state-of-the-art purification system and water well, we provide bottled water for drinking, and suggest that guests avoid drinking from the tap.

Casa Tulum welcomes travelers of all ages, and we take special care to support a safe environment for our younger guests. We have specific guidelines that help ensure a safe environment for all guests and allow our team to support your family with care and confidence. Guests must agree to these guidelines and indicate if children will be staying at the property when filling out the Guest Inquiry Form.

We love animals, but Casa Tulum is not able to accommodate pets.

Personal laundry service is available at a fee of $3.00 USD per item by placing items in the in-suite black laundry bins. Please note that dry cleaning is not available.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, though we gently encourage disconnecting to enjoy the rhythm of the coast.

We advise checking the weather prior to your arrival. At peak season, the weather is tropical. Light, breathable clothing, sun protection, and sandals or espadrilles are ideal. Evenings can be breezy, so we suggest you also bring a light wrap or linen shirt.

Though our team will do our best to provision any specific requests, however inventory and availability in Zihuatanejo can be limited. If there are specific brands, items, or formulations that you require, we suggest packing them with you.

Standard gratuity for the Casa Tulum staff are included in your Personal Expenses Fee, however gratuities beyond the standard, or for third-party or offsite vendors are excluded. We recommend either bringing cash or requesting a complimentary cash conversion for tipping.

While uncommon, the region can experience brief outages. Casa Tulum is equipped with a large-capacity backup generator to ensure your comfort.
